- Planlar sayfasında aylık ya da yıllık planı seçin.
- Ödeme öncesi özette plan, dönem ve vergiler dahil toplam tutarı görün. Yanlış seçtiyseniz "Geri" ile planlar sayfasına dönüp seçiminizi değiştirin.
- Ön bilgilendirme formunu ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesini okuyup onay kutusunu işaretleyin. Kutu işaretlenmeden ödemeye geçilemez.
- Ödemeyi iyzico'nun güvenli ödeme formunda yapın. Kart ve kimlik bilgilerinizi iyzico işler; bu bilgiler bizim sistemlerimize kaydedilmez.
- Ödeme onaylanınca erişiminiz hemen açılır. Sipariş özetiniz, ön bilgilendirme formu ve sözleşme metni e-postanıza gönderilir; e-arşiv faturanız ayrıca iletilir.
Sözleşmenin saklanması: Sözleşme metni sitede yayımlıdır ve kabul ettiğiniz sürüm e-postanızla size gönderilir. Kabul kaydınız (sürüm ve tarih) yasal saklama süresi boyunca tarafımızca saklanır. Talep ederseniz İletişim sayfasındaki adresten yeniden gönderilir.
Bilgi hatalarının düzeltilmesi: Ödemeden önce özet ekranından geri dönüp seçiminizi değiştirebilirsiniz. Kart bilgilerini iyzico formunda düzeltirsiniz.
İptal, cayma ve iade: "Aboneliğimi yönet" sayfasından yapılır; koşullar İade ve cayma bölümündedir.
Şikâyet ve uyuşmazlık: Önce İletişim sayfasındaki adreslerden bize yazın. Uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığınca her yıl ilan edilen parasal sınırlar içinde tüketici hakem heyetlerine, bu sınırların üzerinde tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz; arabuluculuk yolu da açıktır.
Ordering guide
- Choose a monthly or a yearly plan on the Plans page.
- In the summary before payment, check the plan, the period and the total amount including taxes. If you chose wrongly, use "Back" to return to the Plans page and change your choice.
- Read the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract and tick the consent box. You cannot go on to payment until the box is ticked.
- Pay in iyzico's secure payment form. Your card and identity details are processed by iyzico; they are not stored in our systems.
- Once payment is confirmed, your access opens immediately. Your order summary, the pre-contract information and the contract text are sent to your e-mail; your e-archive invoice is sent separately.
Keeping the contract: The contract text is published on the site, and the version you accepted is sent to your e-mail. We keep the record of your acceptance (version and date) for the statutory retention period. On request, it is sent to you again via the address on the Contact page.
Correcting input errors: Before payment you can go back from the summary screen and change your choice. You correct card details in the iyzico form.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds: These are done on the "Manage my subscription" page; the terms are in the Withdrawal and refunds section.
Complaints and disputes: First write to us at the addresses on the Contact page. In a dispute, you may apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts above those limits; mediation is also available.
