2. Hizmetin niteliği
ayvalik.ai, bir soruyu düşünmeye ve elinizde tutabileceğiniz bir hazırlık dosyasına dönüştürmeye yardım eden, yapay zekâ ile çalışan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Türkçe, Yunanca ve İngilizce çalışır.
Hazırlık dosyası hukuki görüş, sağlık teşhisi ya da tamamlanmış bir işletme planı değildir. Karar ve yetkili değerlendirmesi size aittir.
3. Hizmetin sınırı
- Cevaplar yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Önemli bir karar vermeden önce bilgiyi resmî kaynaktan doğrulayın.
- Sağlık konularında teşhis ya da tedavi önerilmez. Acil durumda 112'yi arayın.
- Hiçbir başvuru ya da sonuç vaat edilmez.
4. Kullanım kuralları
- Hizmet hukuka aykırı bir amaçla kullanılamaz.
- Hizmetin işleyişini bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye ya da toplu otomatik sorgulamaya yönelik girişimde bulunulamaz.
- Başkasına ait kişisel veri, kimlik numarası, sağlık bilgisi ya da ödeme bilgisi sohbete yazılmamalıdır.
5. Planlar, ödeme, iptal ve cayma
Teslimat: Hizmet dijitaldir; ödeme onaylanınca hemen kullanıma açılır. Fiziksel teslimat yoktur. Erişim sorunu yaşarsanız İletişim sayfasından bize yazın.
Planlar ve fiyatlar, ödeme, yenileme, iptal, cayma ve iade koşulları bu sayfadaki ön bilgilendirme formunda ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesinde yazılıdır. Satıcı DDL Bilgisayar Yapay Zeka Otomasyon Sistemleri ve E-Ticaret A.Ş.'dir; ödeme iyzico güvenli ödeme formuyla alınır. Satış açılana kadar hiçbir tahsilat yapılmaz.
6. Kabul
Satın almadan önce, bu koşulları ve ön bilgilendirmeyi kabul ettiğinizi ve Gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metnini okuduğunuzu tek bir kutuyla belirtirsiniz. Kabul ettiğiniz sürüm ve tarih tarayıcınızda ve satın alma kaydında tutulur.
7. Sorumluluk
Hizmet bir bilgi aracıdır; nihai karar size aittir. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz zorunlu haklar saklıdır.
8. Fikrî haklar
Site, yazılım ve içerik üzerindeki haklar işletmeciye aittir. Sorunuz ve indirdiğiniz hazırlık dosyası size aittir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler, parasal sınırlar içinde tüketici hakem heyetlerine, bu sınırları aşan durumlarda arabuluculuğa ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir. Tüketici olmayan kullanıcılar için Balıkesir mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullardaki her değişiklik bu sayfada tarihiyle yayımlanır. Yeni sürüm, bir sonraki kabulünüzden itibaren uygulanır.

- Ödeme: iyzico güvenli ödeme formunda banka ya da kredi kartıyla. Aylık planda ücret her ay aynı gün kartınızdan çekilir; yıllık planda 12 ayın ücreti bir kez çekilir. Uzaktan iletişim aracının kullanımı için ek ücret alınmaz.
- İfa: Erişim, ödeme onaylanınca hemen açılır.
- Süre ve yenileme:
- Aylık plan belirsiz sürelidir ve iptal edilene kadar her ay aynı tutarla yenilenir.
- Yıllık plan 12 aydır ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez. Süre bitmeden sitede hatırlatılır; yenileme ancak sizin yeni ödemenizle olur.
- Kota her ay, satın aldığınız günde yenilenir; kullanılmayan yanıt devretmez.
- İptal (fesih): Aylık üyeliği istediğiniz an, gerekçe göstermeden ve bedelsiz iptal edersiniz: sitenin altındaki "Aboneliğimi yönet" bağlantısı ya da info@ddl-international.com. İptal hemen işler: ödediğiniz ayın kalan günlerinin bedeli 14 gün içinde kartınıza iade edilir ve erişim iptal anında kapanır. İsterseniz iptal ekranında "ay sonuna kadar kullanmak istiyorum" seçeneğini seçersiniz; o zaman erişim ay sonuna kadar sürer, iade yapılmaz, sonraki ay çekim yapılmaz. Yıllık planı da istediğiniz an aynı yoldan iptal edebilirsiniz: başlamış aylar aylık fiyattan hesaplanır, kalan tutar 14 gün içinde kartınıza iade edilir ve erişim iptal anında kapanır.
- Cayma hakkı: Her ödemeden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden ve cezai şart ödemeden cayabilirsiniz. Hizmeti kullanmaya başlamış olmanız bu hakkı kaldırmaz; bu hak, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin anında ifa edilen dijital hizmet istisnasına rağmen gönüllü olarak tanınır. Bildirim "Aboneliğimi yönet" sayfasından, info@ddl-international.com adresine ya da KEP adresimize yapılır. Bedel, bildirimin bize ulaşmasından itibaren 14 gün içinde ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir.
- Ücretsiz deneme: Cihaz başına bir kez, ilk 3 yanıt. Ödeme bilgisi istenmez; deneme kendiliğinden ücretli üyeliğe dönmez. Aylık deneme kapasitesi dolarsa deneme o ay kapanabilir.
- Fiyat değişikliği: Fiyatlar altı ayda bir gözden geçirilir. Aylık abonelere değişiklik en az 30 gün önce bildirilir; yeni fiyat bildirimden sonraki ilk yenilemede uygulanır. Kabul etmeyen, değişiklikten önce iptal eder. Yıllık planın fiyatı süresi boyunca değişmez.
- Fatura: Her ödeme için e-arşiv fatura düzenlenir ve e-postanıza gönderilir. Şirket adına fatura için ödeme formunda unvan ve vergi numarası girilebilir. İade, cayma ya da kısmi iadede fatura, iade belgesiyle ya da iptalle düzeltilir.
- Hizmetin sınırı: Genel bilgi verilir; hukuki, tıbbi, mali ya da başka bir meslekî danışmanlık değildir. Cevaplar yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Hiçbir başvuru ya da sonuç vaat edilmez.
- Şikâyet ve uyuşmazlık: Şikâyetlerinizi info@ddl-international.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Parasal sınırlar içinde tüketici hakem heyetlerine, bu sınırları aşan durumlarda arabuluculuğa ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz.

Mesafeli satış sözleşmesi
Madde 1 — Taraflar. Madde 2 — Konu. Bu sözleşme, alıcının ayvalik.ai sitesinden elektronik ortamda satın aldığı yazılım hizmetine ilişkin hak ve yükümlülükleri, 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca düzenler.
Madde 3 — Hizmet, fiyat ve ödeme.
- Hizmet: ayvalik.ai, bir soruyu düşünmeye ve elinizde tutabileceğiniz bir hazırlık dosyasına dönüştürmeye yardım eden, yapay zekâ ile çalışan bir yazılım hizmetidir. Türkçe, Yunanca ve İngilizce çalışır.
- Plan, dönem (aylık ya da yıllık), fiyat ve kota, alıcının ödemeden hemen önce gördüğü ve onayladığı özette yazılıdır. Fiyatlar Türk lirasıdır ve KDV dahildir.
- Ödeme iyzico güvenli ödeme formunda kartla yapılır. Kart bilgileri satıcıya ulaşmaz.
Madde 4 — Kuruluş ve süre. Sözleşme, alıcının onay kutusunu işaretleyip ödemeyi tamamlamasıyla kurulur. Aylık plan belirsiz sürelidir; yıllık plan 12 ay sürer ve kendiliğinden yenilenmez.
Madde 5 — Yenileme ve fiyat değişikliği. Aylık planda ücret her ay aynı gün aynı karttan çekilir. Yenileme ödemesi alınamazsa erişim ödeme alınana kadar durur; 7 gün içinde alınamazsa üyelik sona erer. Fiyat değişikliği en az 30 gün önce e-postayla bildirilir ve bildirimden sonraki ilk yenilemede uygulanır.
Madde 6 — İptal. Alıcı aylık üyeliği istediği an, gerekçesiz ve bedelsiz iptal eder. İptal hemen işler; ödenmiş ayın kalan günlerinin bedeli 14 gün içinde ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir ve erişim kapanır. Alıcı iptal ekranında ay sonuna kadar kullanmayı seçerse erişim ay sonuna kadar sürer ve iade yapılmaz. Alıcı yıllık planı da istediği an iptal edebilir: başlamış aylar aylık fiyattan hesaplanır, kalan tutar 14 gün içinde ödemenin yapıldığı karta iade edilir ve erişim iptal anında kapanır. Satıcı iptal için sitede sürekli açık bir yol tutar ("Aboneliğimi yönet").
Madde 7 — Cayma hakkı. Alıcı her ödemeden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden ve cezai şart ödemeden cayabilir; hizmetin kullanılmaya başlanmış olması bu hakkı kaldırmaz. Bu hak, Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'ndeki istisnaya rağmen satıcı tarafından gönüllü olarak tanınır. Satıcı bedeli, cayma bildiriminin kendisine ulaşmasından itibaren 14 gün içinde ödemenin yapıldığı yolla iade eder. Cayma, o ödemeyle açılan erişimi sona erdirir.
Madde 8 — Hizmetin sınırı. Hizmet genel bilgi verir; hukuki, tıbbi, mali ya da başka bir meslekî danışmanlık değildir. Cevaplar yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve hatalı olabilir; alıcı önemli kararlarından önce bilgiyi resmî kaynaktan doğrular. Hizmet kotası planda yazılıdır.
Madde 9 — Fatura. Satıcı her ödeme için e-arşiv fatura düzenler ve alıcının e-posta adresine gönderir.
Madde 10 — Kişisel veriler. Kişisel veriler gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metninde anlatıldığı gibi işlenir.
Madde 11 — Uyuşmazlık. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Alıcı, parasal sınırlar içinde tüketici hakem heyetine, bu sınırları aşan durumlarda arabuluculuğa ve tüketici mahkemesine başvurabilir.
Madde 12 — Yürürlük. Bu sözleşme elektronik ortamda onaylanır ve satın almadan sonra ön bilgilendirme formuyla birlikte alıcının e-posta adresine gönderilir. Onaylanan sürüm ve tarih satın alma kaydında saklanır.

2. What the service is
ayvalik.ai is an AI-based software service that helps you think a question through and turn it into a preparation brief you can hold. It works in Turkish, Greek and English.
A preparation brief is not legal advice, a medical diagnosis or a finished business plan. The decision and any professional assessment remain yours.
3. Limits
- Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong. Check with the official source before you make an important decision.
- We do not diagnose or recommend treatment. In an emergency, call 112.
- No application or outcome is promised.
4. Use rules
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to query it automatically in bulk.
- Do not type other people's personal data, identity numbers, health information or payment details into the chat.
5. Plans, payment, cancellation and withdrawal
Delivery: The service is digital and becomes available as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery. If you cannot access it, write to us via the Contact page.
Plans and prices, payment, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds are set out in the pre-contract information and the distance sales contract on this page. The seller is DDL Bilgisayar Yapay Zeka Otomasyon Sistemleri ve E-Ticaret A.Ş.; payment is taken through iyzico's secure payment form. Nothing is charged until sales open.
6. Acceptance
Before you buy, you confirm in one box that you accept these terms and the pre-contract information and that you have read the Privacy and KVKK information notice. The version you accepted and the date are kept in your browser and in the purchase record.
7. Liability
The service is an information tool; the final decision is yours. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
8. Intellectual property
The rights to the site, software and content belong to the operator. Your question and any brief you download belong to you.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits, to consumer arbitration committees and, above those limits, to mediation and the consumer courts. For users who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Balıkesir have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
Every change to these terms is published on this page with its date. A new version applies from your next acceptance.

- Payment: by debit or credit card in iyzico's secure payment form. On a monthly plan, the price is charged to your card on the same day each month; on a yearly plan, the price for 12 months is charged once. There is no extra charge for using the means of distance communication.
- Performance: access opens as soon as payment is confirmed.
- Term and renewal:
- A monthly plan has no fixed term and renews every month for the same amount until you cancel.
- A yearly plan lasts 12 months and does not renew by itself. You are reminded on the site before it ends; it renews only if you pay again.
- Your allowance renews each month on the day you bought; unused replies do not carry over.
- Cancellation: cancel a monthly membership any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, through the "Manage my subscription" link at the bottom of the site or at info@ddl-international.com. Cancellation takes effect at once: the unused days of the paid month are refunded to your card within 14 days and access ends. If you prefer, choose "keep using it until the end of the month" on the cancellation screen; access then continues to the end of the month, nothing is refunded and nothing is charged the next month. You may also cancel a yearly plan any time the same way: the months already started are charged at the monthly price, the rest is refunded to your card within 14 days, and access ends when you cancel.
- Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty within 14 days of each payment, even if you have started using the service. We grant this right voluntarily, although the Distance Contracts Regulation exempts digital services performed at once. Tell us through the "Manage my subscription" page, at info@ddl-international.com or at our registered e-mail (KEP). We refund the amount to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving your notice.
- Free trial: once per device, your first 3 replies. No payment details are needed, and the trial never turns into a paid membership by itself. If the monthly trial capacity is used up, the trial may close for that month.
- Price changes: prices are reviewed every six months. Monthly members are told at least 30 days before a change; the new price applies from the first renewal after the notice. If you do not accept it, cancel before the change. A yearly plan's price does not change during its term.
- Invoice: an e-archive invoice is issued for every payment and e-mailed to you. For an invoice in a company's name, enter the company name and tax number in the payment form. Refunds and withdrawals are corrected with a return document or a cancellation of the invoice.
- Limits of the service: general information only; not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong. No application or outcome is promised.
- Complaints and disputes: write to info@ddl-international.com. Within the monetary limits you may apply to consumer arbitration committees in Türkiye; above those limits, to mediation and the consumer courts.

Distance sales contract
Article 1 — Parties. Article 2 — Subject. This contract sets out the rights and obligations for the software service the buyer purchases online at ayvalik.ai, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 — Service, price and payment.
- Service: ayvalik.ai is an AI-based software service that helps you think a question through and turn it into a preparation brief you can hold. It works in Turkish, Greek and English.
- The plan, period (monthly or yearly), price and allowance are those in the summary the buyer sees and confirms just before payment. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
- Payment is made by card in iyzico's secure payment form. Card details never reach the seller.
Article 4 — Formation and term. The contract is made when the buyer ticks the confirmation box and completes payment. A monthly plan has no fixed term; a yearly plan lasts 12 months and does not renew by itself.
Article 5 — Renewal and price changes. On a monthly plan the price is charged to the same card on the same day each month. If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until payment is received; if it is not received within 7 days, the membership ends. A price change is announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and applies from the first renewal after the notice.
Article 6 — Cancellation. The buyer may cancel a monthly membership any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. Cancellation takes effect at once; the unused days of the paid month are refunded to the card used within 14 days and access ends. If the buyer chooses on the cancellation screen to keep using the service until the end of the month, access continues until then and nothing is refunded. The buyer may also cancel a yearly plan any time: the months already started are charged at the monthly price, the rest is refunded to the card used within 14 days, and access ends on cancellation. The seller keeps a cancellation route permanently open on the site ("Manage my subscription").
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal. The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of each payment without giving a reason and without penalty, even after starting to use the service. The seller grants this right voluntarily, despite the exemption in the Distance Contracts Regulation. The seller refunds the amount by the method of payment within 14 days of receiving the notice. Withdrawal ends the access opened by that payment.
Article 8 — Limits of the service. The service gives general information; it is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong; the buyer checks with the official source before important decisions. The allowance is stated in the plan.
Article 9 — Invoice. The seller issues an e-archive invoice for every payment and e-mails it to the buyer.
Article 10 — Personal data. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy and KVKK notice.
Article 11 — Disputes. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The buyer may apply, within the monetary limits, to the consumer arbitration committee and, above those limits, to mediation and the consumer court.
Article 12 — Entry into force. This contract is accepted online and e-mailed to the buyer after purchase together with the pre-contract information. The accepted version and date are kept in the purchase record.
